Text message programs

LegalITM offers three optional text programs for people with a LegalITM account. None of them is marketing. Consent is not required to create an account or to use the product.

The phone number (801) 361-5265 is a line you can call or text to reach LegalITM staff. It does not send these programs. When sending is turned on, program texts come from a registered LegalITM number and are delivered by Bandwidth Inc.. On that number, replying STOP stops every LegalITM text, not just one program. To leave a single program, clear its checkbox in Preferences.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Account notices

Texts when a response is requested on a matter you are part of, when you are an attorney and a new matter is available to claim, or when a date tracked on your account is approaching and may need action.

After you create an account, open Preferences, enter your own mobile number, and check the box below. The box is optional and is not checked for you. Entering a number without checking the box is not consent. Saving the box sends one confirmation text once sending is on.
