Who we are

LegalITM connects businesses with independent attorneys.

Information we collect

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, company name, and role.
  • Matter information you or your attorney upload, including documents and messages.
  • A mobile number, if you choose to provide one.
  • SMS consent for each text program you accept, including the disclosure you saw, the time, and the technical details of that submission.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, match and perform matter work, and contact you by the methods you select. We do not sell personal information.

Text messages

Text programs are optional. We do not send promotional texts. If you opt in, messages are limited to the programs described on the text messaging page:

  • Account notices. Message frequency varies with your matters, claim opportunities, and tracked dates.
  • Sign-in codes. A code is sent only when you request one.
  • Support texts. Messages are sent only about a support request you opened.

Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop one program by clearing its checkbox in Preferences. Reply STOP to end every LegalITM text. Reply HELP for help. Bandwidth Inc. delivers the texts as a service provider. Opt-in data is not sold.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
